People of colour and/or members of marginalised racial or ethnic groups have historically made up a small fraction of the greenhouse gas emissions, yet they nevertheless bear a disproportionate share of the effects of climate change, from rising sea levels and excessive heat to contaminated water and exposure to hazardous chemicals.

The resources, opportunities, and information that NGOs require to address the disproportionate effects that climate change has on people of colour and/or marginalised racial or ethnic communities can be made available to them through the use of technology tools and services.
